1. Scope
This policy applies to uploaded portraits, prompts and instructions, generated video, audio or imagery within the Service, and content stored or shared through it. It supplements the Terms of Service.
2. Content standards and prohibited categories
We prohibit generating, uploading or distributing:
- pornography or NSFW sexual content;
- violence, gore or graphic injury;
- hate speech or attacks targeting protected groups;
- child-unsafe content, including CSAM or sexual content involving minors;
- deepfakes, non-consensual likeness use or deceptive impersonation of real people; and
- copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights-infringing content.
We also prohibit terrorism, mass-violence advocacy, weapons-of-mass-destruction instructions, scams, spam, jailbreaks and presenting AI output as human-made where it could mislead or cause harm.
3. Content moderation
Generation requests are subject to automated service rules and the safety controls available from the disclosed model provider. Requests may be rejected, stopped or prevented from completing when they appear to violate this policy. We review user reports manually, investigate account patterns when needed and may retain limited evidence for safety and legal purposes. Do not upload illegal material to a report.
4. Reporting
Report prohibited content, suspected child-safety issues, impersonation, copyright abuse or other policy violations to [email protected]. Include the relevant URL, account or transaction details, a concise explanation and your preferred language. We protect reporter information where practicable and do not tolerate malicious reports. We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days and prioritize imminent harm and child-safety reports.
5. Enforcement and appeals
Depending on severity and history, we may warn, remove content, restrict generation, suspend an account, permanently ban access, reverse credits associated with abuse or report criminal conduct to authorities. You may appeal an action by replying to the notice or emailing the same address with the account email and reasons; an appeal is reviewed separately where practicable.
6. Model disclosure and updates
The underlying video model currently used by Bulin 47 AI is fal-ai/kling-video/v2.6/standard/motion-control, accessed through fal’s API. Model availability and behavior can affect output quality.
