1. Acceptance of these Terms
Bulin 47 AI is operated by an individual sole proprietor in the United States ("Bulin 47 AI," "we," "us" or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Bulin 47 AI website and AI video-generation service (the "Service").
By creating an account, purchasing credits or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and have authority to accept them for yourself or any organization you represent. Do not use the Service if you do not agree.
2. The Service
The Service lets you submit an eligible portrait, select a video duration and request an AI-generated character-replacement video based on the available video template. It is a digital, internet-delivered service. Generated outputs may vary and may contain visual, timing or other defects.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any portion of the Service where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or product development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular generation result.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, threatens the security of the Service, involves fraud or is required to be restricted by law.
4. Credits
The Service uses a prepaid credit system. Credit packs and current prices are presented before checkout. Credits are deducted when a generation request is submitted at the credit amount shown in the product interface. Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains in good standing and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
If the generation provider clearly rejects a request or a generation fails before a usable result is completed, we automatically return the credits charged for that request. We may correct a credit balance when needed to resolve a documented technical or billing error.
5. Payments and taxes
Each credit-pack purchase is a one-time transaction. By completing checkout, you authorize the charge shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Any applicable taxes are presented or collected where required by law. We do not offer subscriptions or automatic credit top-ups unless we expressly introduce and disclose those features first.
6. Refunds and billing questions
You may request a refund for unused purchased credits by emailing [email protected] with the account email, transaction ID and reason for the request. Requests are reviewed in good faith and statutory consumer rights are not limited by these Terms.
Credits already used to submit a generation are generally non-refundable, except for duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, or where applicable law requires otherwise. As described in Section 4, failed generations are automatically credited back to your account. Contact us before submitting a bank dispute so we can investigate a potential billing error.
7. Your content and AI outputs
Your inputs
You retain your rights in the images and other materials you submit ("Inputs"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process Inputs only to operate, secure and improve the Service for you. You represent that you have all permissions, consents and rights needed to submit the Input and create the requested output.
Outputs
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use the AI-generated video delivered for your request ("Output") for lawful purposes. Outputs may be subject to third-party rights, including rights in the source template, music, likenesses or other material. You are responsible for reviewing the Output and obtaining any permissions your intended use requires.
AI providers
We use third-party infrastructure and AI providers, including fal, to process generation jobs. Their availability or model behavior may affect the Service. We do not use your submitted portraits to train our own AI models without your explicit consent.
8. Acceptable use and content safety
You may use the Service only lawfully and responsibly. The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. You must not generate, upload or distribute: (1) pornography or NSFW sexual content; (2) violence, gore or graphic injury; (3) hate speech targeting protected groups; (4) child-unsafe content, including CSAM or sexual content involving minors; (5) deepfakes, non-consensual likeness use or deceptive impersonation; or (6) copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights-infringing content. Terrorism, mass-violence advocacy, WMD instructions, scams, spam and safety-control bypasses are also prohibited.
Requests are screened by automated safety rules and model-provider controls; we may block or stop a request and use human review for reports and account patterns. Report violations, child-safety issues, impersonation or rights abuse to [email protected] with the relevant URL and details. Depending on severity, we may warn, delete content, restrict generation, reverse abusive credits, suspend or permanently ban an account, and report criminal conduct to authorities. You may appeal by emailing the same address.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY AND AVAILABILITY. AI OUTPUTS SHOULD NOT BE RELIED ON AS LEGAL, MEDICAL, FINANCIAL OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULIN 47 AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10. General, governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise. Before beginning formal proceedings, contact us so that we can try to resolve the issue informally.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 15 days’ notice by email or through the Service and update the date below. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
